For more than 65 years, ABIDA has specialized in the production of double concentrated tomato paste and harissa, proudly carrying Tunisian culinary know-how since 1961. The company combines traditional expertise with modern production practices to ensure consistent quality.

ABIDA operates under a certified ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system, covering sourcing, processing, and packaging, and guaranteeing full compliance with international food safety standards.

All products are made from carefully selected, locally sourced tomatoes, harvested at peak ripeness. Current production batches are processed from the summer 2025 harvest, ensuring freshness, traceability, and stable product quality.
