Intellect Coffee (Ethiopia)

This Sidama Wonsho coffee is grown, harvested and processed by a group of 4,000 farmers living in the Wonsho District of Sidama. Over time, these farmers have worked to improve soil health and coffee quality by participating in workshops led by the Cooperative Coffees association. As members of the Sidama Coffee Farmers' co-op Union, they get excellent technical and processing support to produce this exquisite coffee. Expect notes of black tea , mandarin and a lively citric acidity.
