We develop and produce pea protein TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein) and HME (High-Moisture Extrusion) which serve as functional plant-based core ingredients both for human-grade gourmet foods and premium pet foods.
The versatility of THORMI TVP and HME covers a wide range of applications: Pulled and shredded-style products, sauces, grill and BBQ solutions, burger patties, minced-meat-style products, pâtés, sausages, nuggets, dumplings, customised pizza toppings and wrap/burrito concepts, as well as warm and cold salad components.
