When rehydrated, the product expands efficiently and delivers a fibrous, juicy texture that closely mimics traditional minced meat, providing a satisfying bite and chew. The structure consists of short, twisted and porous strands with an irregular, curly surface, forming soft, meaty fragments after hydration.
Typical applications include bolognese sauces, tacos, plant-based burgers and patties, lasagna, stuffed vegetables and virtually any recipe where minced meat is traditionally used.
